Customer Success Manager £42K pa

You will build strong relationships with clients and provide effective project management during new customer implementations.  You will provide leadership to the customer services team and ensure ongoing customer success.

 

You will be an integral part of The Care Database team, which work collaboratively to identify and scope requirements, ensuring the software continues to meet the needs of our clients.
