We are looking for someone to join the team to support us as we continue to expand. You will manage the support desk for clients of The Care Database answering questions and identifying any issues that may need to be escalated onto our developers for resolution.
This is a client-facing role assisting the Head of Client Services during implementation phases and managing ongoing support for clients.
You will assist with system testing following software development. The role will involve producing and maintaining user guides, general administrative tasks, and conference/travel bookings. As part of the role, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and Head of Client Services.
