We know that creating and updating a roster is a large and complex task so we have designed a care management system to help streamline your process.
Our roster manages all of the elements required to run an accurate roster that ensures the safety of your patients.
In addition to managing annual leave, sickness and absence to calculate the number of hours worked for each staff member. Hours remaining (negative or positive) will roll over from one roster to the next adjusting how many hours each staff member is required to work.
Dependencies that your care plans have generated for the patient will show through to help the staff ensure that staff with the correct competencies have been rostered on to each shift.
Using all of this information and with checks and balances throughout, The Care Database will produce your staff timesheets and payroll reports saving your staff time and reducing any margin for error
